Exchange of Goods

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are able to offer you an exchange. Item(s) must be returned to us undamaged and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for all related shipping charges. We do not refund shipping or packaging charges.

Exchange is offered within 7 days after delivery. You must contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving the item. You can contact us via our contact form on this website.

Items must be shipped back to us undamaged, in proper packaging and with a shipping Tracking number at your own expense.

If an Item is received back for exchange and is damaged it cannot be re-sold and no exchange will be offered.

We do not refund any goods for change of mind.

Damaged Items

All our items leave our premises in perfect condition and are very well packaged in both soft wrappings and sturdy outer cardboard boxes. Each item is shipped by reputable shipping/courier companies and will include a Tracking number.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged in transit, we will accept returns. This damage must be proven (images need to be supplied to us to clearly show transport damage).  If the damage is seen to be wilful (intentional) the refund will not be granted.
